Lawsuit on taxation in the Free Territory of Trieste: the Court of Second Instance admits the legal action

On Tuesday, July 9th, 2019 the Trieste Court of Second Instance held the first hearing of the civil lawsuit initiated by the I.P.R. F.T.T. and supported by 500 citizens and enterprises – from Trieste and from abroad – requesting the enforcement of the legitimate tax regime of the Free Territory of Trieste and of its international Free Port summoning before Court the Italian Government and its bodies.

Trieste legal action on taxation: the Court decides to not decide, appeal in second instance announced

Trieste, 29 September 2018 – Dr. Anna L. Fanelli, the judge appointed by the Court of Trieste to decide about legal action 1757/2017, with which the I.P.R. F.T.T. and 598 citizens and enterprises request to ascertain the system of taxation applicable in Trieste, has lodged the first instance judgment.

Legal action on Trieste taxation: a new success

Trieste, 15 May 2018. – Before the Court of Trieste took place the last hearing of the legal action on taxation of the I.P.R. F.T.T. - with the support of 598 citizens and enterprises from the Free Territory and from other States - versus the administering Italian Government, its Ministry of Economy and Finances, its Fiscal Agencies, and the INPS (LINK).

Trieste: first success in the fiscal lawsuit about Italian administration

Trieste, 28 November 2017. – The fiscal lawsuit initiated in May 2017 by the International Provisional Representative of the Free Territory of Trieste – I.P.R. F.T.T. versus the provisional administering Italian Government (LINK) has obtained a first, positive result during the appearance hearing, held on Tuesday, November 28th, 2017.
